Harold Thompson Construction completed the replacement of rotted rim joists, sill plate and subflooring in our home. Not only did they do good work, Harold rearranged his jam-packed calendar for us twice so these repairs would be done before closing. Among other things they were able to find a propane leak, which ultimately caused a reschedule on their first visit. We were able to get the leak repaired which added safety to our home.
